Information provided is to help customers prepare for the Maryland Stormwater Fee billing. The map is based on 2014 imagery. The fee for single family properties is $10 per quarter in Tier 1, $15 per quarter in Tier 2, and $30 per quarter in Tier 3. Fees for non-single family properties are based on units called Equivalent Residential Units (ERU). Each ERU is $15 per quarter.
